When to file

If the watch is not as described, damaged, counterfeit, not received, or the wrong item, file a dispute from the order page within your hold window.

Evidence

An unboxing video and clear photos help a lot, especially for not-as-described or counterfeit claims. Add a detailed description.

How it's decided

Ops review both sides. If the other party doesn't respond in time, the case is decided in your favour. Decisions are made within the stated SLA.
