Why we exist
The Problem
India's pre-owned luxury watch market is large, growing, and largely chaotic. Listings live on Instagram and WhatsApp; buyers and sellers exchange screenshots and pray; counterfeits are sold openly in the under-₹2 lakh tier because there is no neutral authenticator standing between the listing and the wire transfer. The result is a market that stays small relative to its potential — buyers who could spend ₹5 lakh on a watch settle for ₹50,000 because they cannot trust what they cannot inspect.

The Solution
Dialroom is the marketplace — discovery, listing, escrow, payment, shipping, dispute handling. It looks and feels like the specialist watch marketplaces buyers in Europe and Japan already use, and it is calibrated for Indian KYC, Indian GST, Indian payment rails and Indian shipping.
Hourmark is the trust layer — the brand under which we authenticate every watch worth authenticating, issue tamper-evident certificates, and host the public verification surface at verify.hourmark.in. A Hourmark certificate carries weight the way a watchmaker's service receipt does — it accompanies the watch through future resales.

Jileesh Joseph — Forensic authentication
Jileesh runs Time and Me in Bengaluru and authenticates for Amazon India and the Indian Customs department. For forensic-tier watches he adds timegrapher analysis, loupe inspection of CNC marks, and laser-etched serial verification against brand-known fakery patterns.
White-Glove · ₹1 lakh and above
Partner Centres — In-person pickup
Vetted local watchmakers and boutiques in your city. You inspect the authenticated watch in person, sign an OTP-based acceptance, and only then are funds released to the seller. Currently active in Bengaluru with Mumbai and Delhi/NCR rolling out.

Glen runs ReWrist.com, a Bengaluru-based pre-owned luxury watch boutique with over a decade of operating experience in the Indian market. He is the day-to-day authenticator for the under-₹2 lakh tier on Dialroom and the operator of the Bengaluru hub. The depth of his bench-time on Indian-market grey-grade fakes is the spine of our authentication standard.
Anand Rao
Co-Founder & CBO · Business & Partnerships
Anand leads business development, fundraising and partnerships. He built the partner-centre network that powers our white-glove tier across Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi/NCR. Anand is the commercial counterweight to Glen's operational depth — between them they cover the ground from pickup at a dealer's shop to the cap table.
The Legal Entity
Chronostop Enterprises Private Limited
Both Dialroom (the marketplace) and Hourmark (the authentication and certification brand) are operated by Chronostop Enterprises Private Limited — a single legal entity registered in India, formerly known as GA AND CO. One company, two functional brands. Same GST registration, same PAN, same bank account, same compliance obligations.
Invoices, terms of service, refund settlements and tax documentation are all issued in the name of Chronostop Enterprises Private Limited. Dialroom and Hourmark are functional and UX brands only — they have no separate legal personality.
