When does the seller get paid?

After delivery and the hold period, unless you raise a dispute.

Release trigger

The seller is paid once the watch is delivered (confirmed by OTP) and the hold period passes with no dispute. For hub-authenticated watches, the watch must also pass authentication first.

If you dispute

Filing a dispute within the hold window freezes the release until ops resolve it.
