How escrow protects you

Your money is held safely and only released after you have the watch.

Money held, not sent

When you pay, your money goes into escrow held by Chronostop, not to the seller. It is only released after the watch is delivered and the hold period passes without an issue.

The hold period

After delivery you have a hold window (typically 72 hours) to inspect the watch and raise a dispute. If you do nothing, the funds release automatically to the seller.

If something is wrong

Raise a dispute within the window and the funds stay frozen until it's resolved. If a hub-authenticated watch fails authentication, you're refunded automatically.
