The delivery OTP
When your watch is out for delivery you receive a 6-digit code by SMS. Share it only with the delivery person on handover. This confirms you received the watch and starts your hold period.
Inspect on arrival
We recommend inspecting the watch as soon as it arrives so you have time to raise anything within the hold window.
